Delivery Coverage

We ship across India. Delivery is available to all major cities and most pin codes through our courier partners.

Shipping Timelines

All ResinByArchi pieces are made to order. Your order timeline has two parts:

• Creation time: 5–12 business days depending on the product, design complexity, and quantity.
• Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Estimated delivery dates are shared on WhatsApp when you place your order. Please contact us early for wedding, event, and date-sensitive orders.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment. Charges may vary based on product size, weight, destination, and courier availability.

Order Tracking

A tracking link is shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.

Secure Packaging

Every piece is individually wrapped and packed in protective packaging designed for safe transit. Gift-ready packaging is included at no extra charge.

Damaged Orders

In the event your order arrives damaged, please:

1. Record an unboxing video before removing the product from packaging.
2. Photograph the damage clearly.
3. Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and the unboxing evidence.

Once verified, we will confirm the most suitable resolution, such as a replacement, repair support, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Because every piece is custom-made, cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once design details are approved or production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Returns

Custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or are materially different from what was agreed.
